You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within five business days after we receive your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

To begin, email your order number to info@thelaurellegacy.com. We’ll send full instructions and guide you through the process. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, contact us for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Exchanges follow the same return steps—once approved, simply place a new order.
