Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. Expansion to other countries is planned for the future.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no hidden fees — you only pay the price shown at checkout.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
4. When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. The estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment on our website.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible at info@thelaurellegacy.com Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
8. How do I initiate a return?
Send an email with your order number to info@thelaurellegacy.com We will provide return instructions.
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the return. It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately and include photos if possible. Do not open sealed items if they appear damaged. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.
12. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. First return the item following our return process. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
